From its corporate headquarters in Reading, Berkshire, UK, and its divisional offices Southborough, Massachusetts, US, Gyrus Group PLC comprises a lean management team focused on Group strategy and development, intellectual property matters and financing and oversees the management of the Group’s businesses.

The Executive Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, based in the UK, are focused on Group development financial management and strategy, corporate transactions and investor relations. The Chief Operating Officer leads global manufacturing, supply chain, human resources and Regulatory affairs from the USA.  These three are Executive Directors of Gyrus Group PLC

Each of the Group’s Divisions is led by a President, based in the USA, responsible for global sales and marketing strategy. The Presidents report to the Executive Chairman and sit on the Group’s principal management forum, the Operating Board, alongside the Executive Directors, the President of International Distribution, the US-based senior VP of Finance, and the VP of Group Legal affairs.

Gyrus ACMI has three proprietary Divisions, each with a specific surgical focus:

	Urology & Gynecology Division Endoscopic and Diagnostic Solutions for Urologists and Gynecologists
	Surgical Division Less invasive laparoscopic and open solutions for surgeons
	ENT Division Complete ENT surgical solutions

In addition, in areas where we have no direct market presence we have brought our technology to the market through out-license and manufacturing relationships with third parties.  These relationships are grouped together under our Partnered Technologies Division and address the following surgical specialties:
