As an agent for Kirin, Gemini is continuously searching for novel technologies and pharmaceutical products which represent licensing and/or partnering opportunities attractive to Kirin’s business platforms. Gemini is interested in products and technologies that have been developed in both academic and industrial sectors. For potential in-licensing to Kirin, Gemini is looking for product candidates at any stage of development in the following core disease areas: Oncology, renal diseases, immune disorders and allergy.
Gemini is seeking to identify corporate partners with promising targets who are interested in developing fully human antibody based therapeutics. While not limited to these disease targets, our core interests lie in: Oncology, immune disorders, allergy, nephrology and infectious disease. For Kirin's human antibody business (The TC Mouse™ Technology Platform), Gemini will be the contact in North America and Europe for any potential partner interested in this technology.
Kirin is also actively involved in developing cell-based medicine using dendritic cells, as well as other appropriate cell types. Gemini is facilitating Kirin's efforts in this field by collaborating with Argos Therapeutics in North Carolina.
