Aalto scientists pioneered the commercial purification of the HUMAN cardiac antigens, Creatine Kinase MM, MB and BB. The availability of these antigens enabled our customers to develop the first polyclonal, antibody-based assays to diagnose myocardial infarction.
The proliferation of EIA reagents created the need for other human antigens, as well as stable quality control materials, manufactured with HUMAN sera and HUMAN proteins.
