Abmaxis Inc., is located at Santa Clara, CA and is a Biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery, optimization and development of monoclonal antibody (mAb) products for human therapeutics and diagnostics.
We have a seasoned management team with experience in biotech, pharmaceutical and life science industries. We have developed and validated a breakthrough antibody engineering technology platform, Abmaxis in-silico Immunization (AISIM TM ), which we use for building an internal product pipeline and collaboration with global biotech and pharmaceutical partners.
Abmaxis's business strategy comprises two integral parts: internal product development and external partnership.
We are developing a product pipeline with a spectrum of risk profiles; from “next- generation” of clinically proven antibody drugs with significantly improved attributes to antibodies against novel targets. Our “next-generation” products (1) are new in structure with their own IP rights, (2) exhibit differentiation from those in market or in late stage clinical trials in properties like efficacy, stability, expression, etc., and (3) are indicated for diseases with large market potential. We currently have two such product candidates ready for preclinical development. We also have discovery programs for cancers, neurological and infectious diseases, where our technology and expertise are particularly well suited.
