ACADIA Pharmaceuticals currently has five drug programs in clinical and preclinical development directed at large unmet medical needs and major commercial markets. Our three Phase II-stage clinical programs, for which we have retained worldwide commercialization rights, are ACP-103 for treatment-induced dysfunction in Parkinson's disease, ACP-103 as an adjunctive therapy for schizophrenia, and ACP-104 for treatment of schizophrenia. We also have clinical and preclinical development programs in the areas of neuropathic pain and glaucoma, respectively, in collaboration with Allergan, Inc.
All of the drug candidates in our product pipeline have been identified using our proprietary discovery platform.
